Arshad Nadeem, born on January 2, 1997, in Mian Channu, Punjab, Pakistan, has become a symbol of perseverance and dedication. Growing up as one of eight siblings, he excelled in various sports but found his true calling in javelin throw under the mentorship of Rasheed Ahmad Saqi.
